BANG BANG BABY
I SHOOT RIGHT THROUGH YOUR HEART
[attr="class","cc_text"]
Who said that maid cafes were only a thing in Akihabara? Ha. That would be an insult. Ever since it became a thing, cafes selling cute food brought by cosplaying waitresses started sprouting left and right- like 7-eleven- all over Japan. Surprisingly though, this kind of restaurants never lose their charm and continued to get customers despite its painful redundancy. Ageha could most certainly vouched for that. [break][break]
Dressed in puffy pink dressed ornamented with frills, ruffles and ribbons, the girl stood along the wooden counters with her back slightly pressed against its wooden surface. Her eyes were fixed on the cafe's interior: splashed with soft shades of pink and blue, and decorated with adorable furniture one would only see in old French movies. Sugar Kiss Cafe wasn't the only maid cafe around in Shinagawa, but it was the only one to boast a very legit vintage patisserie vibe. Not that she was bragging, but the rest of the maid cafes around were half-heartedly done at best, some just had to have mismatching mash-ups of eastern and western decours. Now, who would find that cute? [break][break]
A shallow sigh escaped her pink-tinted lips as she tilted her head, a hand running through her curled twintails. It wasn't exactly how she planned to spend her sunday, but she just couldn't say no when a friend asked her to help out in their business. She let out a soft grunt. Really, she didn't know this was what needed help, but then it wasn't as bad as it sounded or looked. It was actually kind of fun, if she had to say, even if the job was a bit demanding. It wasn't as if she had problems acting all cute and cheerful-- she needed to release that kawaii loli brewing deep inside her anyway. Plus, she'd be getting extra money so listening to people complaining or geeking out and the diabetes-inducing cuteness would be all worth it at the end of the day. [break][break]
Ring, ring. [break][break]
Sweet ringing from the chimes distracted Ageha from her thoughts, and brought her head up to the door slowly being pushed open. A bright smile curled up on her lips as she pranced her way towards the entrance, a tray held up against her chest "I'll get it!" She felt obligated to say it, even though everyone seemed already occupied with a task. A string of giggle left her lips before heaving in a mouthful of air, and with her cutest smile she posed for the potential customer. Yep, this was exactly what she signed up for. "Irrashaimase, goshujin-sama!" She chirped in with an adorable voice, bowing her body slightly in what seemed to be a 75-degree bend.
